Industrial rubber products are produced by extrusion, calendering and moulding, using compounds selected for abrasion, weathering, temperature or chemical exposure depending on the working environment.
Profiles and sealing sections are produced from dedicated extrusion dies. Sheet and gasket material can be supplied in defined thicknesses and hardness ranges to suit the application.

- Yes. A new extrusion die can be developed from a cross-section drawing or a sample of the existing profile.
