From development to a finished component.
One connected process — development, compound selection, tooling, manufacturing, inspection and testing — shaped around your part and its working conditions.

From a Requirement to a Part
A drawing, sample or application requirement is the starting point. Part geometry and working conditions guide development before production begins.
- Dimensions and fitment reviewed against your requirement
- Sample-based development for replacement parts
- First-off samples for confirmation before series production

The Right Compound for the Application
Material selection starts with the temperature, fluid, weather and load the component will face. Compound and hardness are matched to the job, not just the shape.
- Rubber compounding for sealing, flexibility and wear
- Material selected against service conditions
- Hardness agreed to suit fit and function

Tooling Built Around the Part
Dies and moulds follow the approved geometry. Cavity layout, parting lines and finishing requirements are considered together so the tool supports a consistent finished component.
- Mould development for shaped rubber components
- Dedicated dies for extruded profiles and hose sections
- Tooling developed against the approved drawing

Moulding, Extrusion & Hose Production
The production route is selected for the part — moulding for formed components, extrusion for continuous sections, and hose manufacturing for straight or shaped fluid connections.
- Compression and injection moulding, including bonded components
- Continuous profiles, hose tubes and cover sections
- Straight and mandrel-formed hoses to specification

Checked Against the Approved Drawing
Dimensional and visual inspection checks the finished component against the agreed requirement, with attention to fit, section geometry and surface finish.
- Dimensions checked against approved part geometry
- Visual review of surfaces and moulded details
- Fitment requirements considered during sample approval

Checks That Match the Working Conditions
Functional and material checks are considered according to the product and its application. The required checks and acceptance criteria are agreed for the enquiry.
- Material and functional checks appropriate to the component
- Requirements based on the intended application
- Acceptance criteria confirmed against your specification
