Moulded and extruded rubber hoses for coolant, air, fuel and vacuum circuits in passenger cars, commercial vehicles and tractors.
Millat Polymer & Rubber (Pvt) Ltd manufactures automotive hoses to OEM drawings and to aftermarket reference dimensions. Hoses are produced by extrusion and mandrel moulding, with reinforcement plies selected according to the pressure, temperature and fluid the hose will carry.
Each hose profile begins from a customer drawing, an existing sample or a measured reference part. Compounds are then matched to the service condition — coolant, oil, fuel vapour, charge air or vacuum — before tooling is produced.

- Can hoses be produced from a physical sample instead of a drawing?
- Yes. A sample can be measured and re-engineered into a production drawing, which is confirmed with you before tooling starts.
- Are hoses supplied for both OEM and aftermarket supply?
- Yes. OEM parts are built to the customer's released drawing and specification; aftermarket parts are built to reference dimensions for replacement fitment.
